I have been quite busy lately. So busy in fact that I forgot to share them here. Oops! Today I want to share a few layouts. Later this week, I will share a couple cards that I have done lately. Then next weekend, I will share a cool tutorial I have going up at the Scraps of Color Blog. I really love the card and technique I used, so I want to share it here also.
This first is my favorite layout that I have done lately. I love it when everything about a layout just falls in place.
This layout documents my son's first car. When we went to pick it up, we didn't tell him about it at all. I just texted him and told him not to ride the bus because I was picking him up from school. Once I got him, I told him we had to pick his dad up from getting his car serviced so we were going by that dealership. We pulled into the car dealership and he looked at the car with the big bow on it and said "Is that for me?" He had no idea we were getting him a car that day.
